I am running WindowsXP Home with dual accounts. One is an administrator (only used for maintenance) and one is a limited user (for day to day activities).

The administrator account no longer sees CryptoSkype but it keeps popping up on the limited account. I have tried to run the uninstall utility but it will not see CryptoSkype in the administrator account so it will not remove it from the limited account.

Is ist possible to set Skype to only run when requested instead of running whenever I logon to the internet.

I do use it on occasion to talk to my sons but it is a pain to have to wait whenever I log on. I don't use it but once every other month.
